As he was pulling the rotor brush from the duct a lot of dusk particles went everywhere, for the amount of money I paid cleaning the intake air vents covers were not included that was disappointing also the technician left two oil spots in my driveway.

I believe $80 for 15 minutes work is too much to pay for this job. I was suppose to be called before the technician was going to be at my house so I could meet them there and the call was not made. A second call was made to the company to find out the status of the technician and another call was suppose to be made back to me with the status and again no call was made. I finally called my elderly mother who was home alone and found out the technician was already there. I advised the technician that he needed to wait outside until I got there. I'm not likely to use this company again.
