This company was the fairest and most prompt. They were the best tree company. They performed the work in inclement weather and removed a very large tree. I highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service, the crew was phenomenal, fast, efficient, professional and friendly. Steve was fantastic! He called me right away, created an estimate for me within two days. We needed our fence ASAP, he was well aware and MADE IT HAPPEN! Galindo was great! He was approachable as well as his crew! We had about a 3in gap at the top of our fence, he knew we needed it covered because our dogs would be able to get out. He let me know that he wasnâ t able to put another post up. However, he did say he would put something together for us. It would indeed take care of that gap. We have the other side of our house to do! We will definitely be having them come out for that as well. Thank You!! Thank You again!!

Steve was a pleasant, friendly and no-pressure salesman. The fencing style and price for the job were within my expectations. Once the decision was made to proceed according to the scope of work proposed, the job started almost as soon as we got off the phone. Galindo (Jorge) and his team were exemplary workers. Each paying attention to their respective assignments and applying the necessary skills mandated in producing high quality workmanship. All worked at a respectable pace. Help us out at Concordia Lutheran Church and School . We had a trash enclosure we had no dumpster in it people would stop by and dump (donate) ? Their trash to the Church so a fence with gates was required and manufactured multi angled panels to match the roof line very nice THANKS Steve and your crew of tradesmen I would have had to wait a month for a big box store to look at this job . Efficient Easy to work with

Steve and his crew are the nicest guys and did an outstanding job in building a new fence for our backyard. They were courteous, respectful, and gave excellent advice in helping us choose a fence that would work best for our situation. We arrived home today as they were finishing up and were absolutely delighted with our drop-dead-gorgeous new fence. You might have to wait a little bit for them to get you on their schedule, but trust me, it is totally worth the wait. They are the best of the best and we highly recommend Greenstone Fence Company.

Steve and his crew arrived on time daily. Crew was respectful and generous with my need. A totally class act. Great job!!!

From the start, I thought 80 dollars a linear foot was steep. It might be me, but that is not the problem I have with the contract. The during the quote I had expressed certain concerns like I wanted metal support poles with screws on both sides of the boards. Not just one screw down the middle. There was an existing concrete wall next to the fence that they said they would demo when the fence was removed. After coming home from work the wall was still there. Asked if they were going to remove it and was told it would cost them too much. They would end up charging me 800 more dollars to move it. Meaning they would take it down but leave the concrete there for me to take care of. There was an existing gate that was not in the original estimate. At the time they were building the fence they had said for 2200 more dollars they would put in a new gate. The gate would be lighter than the one I had before. around 20 feet single piece sliding gate. I agreed and told them to put the gate in. As the fence was being put up, they were using staples. I sent a message by text asking about the screws we had discussed. No response till the next day. I was told they used staple because of wood splitting because of screws. They should have told us in the beginning. I would have negotiated for predrilled screws instead. After they finished still no gate. No contract for the gate. Now they are telling me the owner is putting a stop to any further work. The final bill is paid, but they charged double the demo fee, and they said they would refund that part. Bottom line is that things you express do not get transferred to the finished product. I would make sure it is in writing on your contract, otherwise, it is not going to happen with this company. I am not happy with the communication. They say western cedar fences, but they gave me Japanese cedar. I might want to make sure you have what type of wood is being supplied.

He thought of creative ways to get the project done within our budget and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The project itself went very well, with demo and installation being done in a timely, clean, and professional manner. Andy and Alberto were great craftsmen and friendly/helpful throughout. GreenStone was the most competitive bidder, coming up with an ideal solution that matched our budget. Besides this, they were also the most responsive, professional, and nicest group that we spoke with. I would hire them again in a heartbeat for any future fencing/landscaping projects. Highly recommended!

The hardworking crew was very respectful, and professional. They were on time every time. The work was done in 4 days! This included demolition of two fence sides, clean-up and installation of the vinyl fence. Mr. Ramiro was very detailed in installing the semplice block. The blocks are all straight and in perfect position. Daniel came to measure and sent the quote in just a few hours. Steve was very easy to talk to and very professional. I recommend this company in a heart beat. I am very happy with their job. I love my privacy vynil fence! Thank you to all of you!
