Called on Monday. Job complete Tuesday. Yard looks great!

Very quick reponse time in getting the lawn mowed. Jay was easy to deal with on the phone and left an invoice on the front door. This was especially handy as I could not be at home when he came and I had never worked with Green Thumb before. The yard looks great!

Called me right away and was at my house that day!

He found the leak in my irrigation system and repaired it. He came out the same day I called and was back the next morning to fix it. Customer Service should be higher than a 5!

We hired Green Thumb to cut down and remove trees from our property after a big storm. They beat everyone else's prices, but we are now going on 3 weeks, and still have a tree that is standing and stumps have not been grinded. The guy who climbs only does this part time, therefore you should expect things to take longer. The owner is very nice, and the guys all seem very trustworthy, but I am just getting a little frustrated with the time that it is taking to have the five trees taken care of. FYI... the wind will also be a factor in how long it takes to have trees removed. I will post again when the job is finished.

Jay is extremely personable and works hard to build relationships with his customers. He completes the jobs on time and makes certain the customer is happy. I am pleased with his work and will continue to hire him.

Showed up one day and we talked about what I wanted.. Showed up anothr ringing my door bell telling me I owed him $85.00. He showed up and treated my lawn with out asking and on top of that, you never put down weed and feed when the grass is dry. It was very dry.. Did not work and I wasted my money.. but I did tell him so...

I needed our irrigation system shut down for the winter. Thirsty was prompt and efficent. I plan to use them in the spring
