The company made three appointments to come - and did not show up. They finally came while we were not at home, and then gave a quotation, which we accepted. On the day of the job they showed up and said that the quotation did not cover what we expected because they did not understand the size of the task. They did not finish the job that day, and did not clean up the leaves afterwards. We paid them part of the cost because they promised to come back a few days later to finish the job. They then called back and said that they would not return.
