I had a great experience using Green Touch Home Improvements services, one of the best s for any home improvement project that I did in memory as a homeowner. Paul is amazing guy, very courteous, responsive, friendly and kind. Not just him, his entire construction team is fantastic and follow his calm and cool style. I needed to do a fairly complex install for French doors in my study at two different openings leading to the foyer. And these openings were not exactly designed to take in those doors as is. Paul did a lot of creative thinking to get it right within the constraints due to existing beams etc even if it meant more work for him and his crew. Amazing quality of work and focus on the details. He stayed on budget and on time despite some difficult unforeseen factors. I am planning to do many more projects with his team going forward and wish him and his business best of luck. I strongly recommend him and happy to give any referrals when needed.

The project was completed as promised

Highly professional during all aspects of the project. Exceeded our expectations. Paul has very good work crews hard working and considerate during the three-week project. Worked every day until completion even during light rain. Truly appreciated Paul's daily communications during the project. Would highly recommend Green Touch to anyone.

Paul kept in touch about a start date, which was postponed due to several rain days, and once they started, the crew was on site promptly every day. They worked hard and were very accommodating. Because the patio was between two buildings that were not parallel, the walkway and patio did not line up the way we expected. This required taking up the patio, and making adjustments so that the basket-weave pattern could be continued, and the walkway and patio would be perpendicular. Paul came to the house and we were able to negotiate an additional price for the extra work, then he worked with us, and stayed on site to do the measurements, and make the adjustments. The final project turned out just how we envisioned it, and we are very pleased with the overall look.

Paul showed up to give us an estimate at the exact time he said he would be there. His advice and suggestions were very helpful. He suggested that we take a rice out to fox lumber to Fox lumber in Clifton where the have actual samples of decks we could see. I'm glad we did. His crew was very polite and definitely were perfectionists. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and will definitely use them on our next project. Thanks Paul

Old deck replaced with a beautiful trex deck. So happy with the construction. Took less than a week to complete. Also replaced some rotted wood in bay window and dormers. Paul was great from start to finish!!

Paul was great, responsive and showed up often to check the site work. His crew was also great, kept the site clean and worked hard.

My husband and I signed a contract for this company to remove a tree, do annual clean up and re-mulching of our front and backyard as well as remove bushes from our front yard and plant new ones. He came in May to do the job and left without removing a tree due to a hiccup he had with our neighbor (we were out of town and weren't there to clarify) he stated when we were back we could sort it out and he'd come back "no problem" to remove the tree. When we went to pay him for services rendered he charged us for the tree removal stating that he had the guys and equipment to remove the tree that day and had to be compensated. When we pointed out to him that his contract stated he was liable for all permits needed (which he didn't get), and that any changes in services that would result in extra charges and fee would be approved by the customer (which didn't happen) he became very angry attacking us for not wanting to pay him for a good job etc. we tried to explain that we would of course pay him just sans the tree removal charge which we would pay when the job was completed (which was also stated in his contract). After lots of insulting messages from him we did settle on a payment and walked away. The first week of July I contacted him to tell him our bushes were dead and after responding that he'd come look at them since they were under warranty he stopped replying to my follow up messages. Finally (four weeks after my initial complaint) he confirmed that he did look at that and that the nursery was willing to swap them out. It is now September and he has stopped replying to all messages and phone calls, we still have our dead bushes and see no resolution since he won't act professionally and follow through. These are two issues we've had dealing with this company and owner, both issues his contract clearly states shouldn't be occurring. We are beyond disappointed and frustrated with this service. Over 1000$ later and we still have a tree we contracted to have removed and dead bushes which look worse than the ones initially there. I would not recommend this service to anyone!

Update: I have been trying to get in touch with Paul, the owner of this company to repair the deck railing as is covered by his 5-year warranty. He is MIA. In the last message, I asked to get the name of the contractor he used to do the job. I have no issue with their work. All I want is the people who did the work to come back and fix the crooked railing and no Paul - we didnt lean over a top deck railing, jump off it, or anything else you may try to say - it just needs to be fixed as you promised in your signed contract. Kindly just provide the contractors contact info. I believe his name is Juan Carlo.

Paul and his crew were outstanding from initial contact to completion. Professional, and neat throughout. Deck exceeded all our expectations. Would use them again in the future.

It was a real pleasure working with them from the initial phone call to the finished job ! Great communication and quick response made them the best I have ever worked with. You will not be disappointed as their work is second to none. !!!!

I am having my front and back porches/decks refinished by Green Touch. I have had these for almost 20y and there was a poor finish on them. The work being done is far better than I ever expected. I have had other people work on my home over the past years and none of them compare to Green Touch. They are fast, efficient, fastidious and first rate workmanship. I am so impressed, I will be using their services in the future, for sure!

We have dealt with a lot of landscape companies before. Our old company stopped servicing us so we needed someone new. We found Paul, he was working near us and we have been more then happy ever since. His customer service is great, he is accessible and his crew is clean and neat. We have already recommended them to several friends in the area.

He's very good, responsive, helpful and provides top notch quality work.
