Tankless Water Heater Installation
John was very quick to take care of my problem before it became a disaster! He was very good with communication, worked efficiently and finished the job quickly with great care. He explained things well and I am very pleased with the results.

very trustworthy and honest - did not try to "sell" us something that we did not need, even though we probably would have believed him if he'd said we needed a whole new furnace, he was truthful. We HIGHLY recommend John and Green Valley Plumbing and will continue to use their services for any further need. Prices were very reasonable also.

John (Green Valley Plumbing) contacted me early and arrived early to work to restore my well water. He explained the process of the work that needed to be done and answered my many questions. The job turned out to be quite extensive. John took this in stride, explaining the process so that I was able to make informed decisions. He rearranged his schedule to see the work through to the end. When he was done, it worked better than before and he presented me with a very reasonable bill. He was polite, competent and helpful. I would call Green Valley Plumbing again for any future plumping needs and I would recommend them to anyone.

John installed a new sump pump in our basement, since then we've had him back to work on our toilets. He is the most accessible and honest plumber I have ever used. If I had an emergency, I would trust him to come right out.

John Bruce was very knowledgable, helpful, and went out of his way to work within my budget (and his). His price came in the lowest, compared to other quotes I received. Did an excellent job with the work; left a very clean work area when he was done. Great communication via email & phone. Excellent followup communication. Provided inspection services for a quote, which I was expecting to pay, he decided not to charge me. Walked thru my house w/o any dirt tracked in. Very professional. Overall, I was VERY pleased with everything.

The Owner, John Bruce, phoned me as soon as he received the online request for bids. He showed up at the time scheduled; treated me with respect; was not patronizing; answered all my questions and gave me a sensible plan to fix my basement flooding problem. He returned all phone calls on time. He did the work efficiently and cleanly. I have given him another job and will use him when I redo my bathroom. The price he quoted was fair and reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends and acquaintences.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service that John Bruce,from Green Valley Plumbing,provided me,in my time of need. After having had my basement flooded and my propane water heater immersed in a half foot of water,I was without hot water for five days.John came to my house on Easter Sunday and dried out the heater elements,fired it up and I could finally take a hot shower again. I'm having Jon come back next week to install a new sump pump and he will be my first choice for any plumbing needs. Thanks John
