Very professional, they climb the tree. No heavy equipment on lawns. That was one of the top selling points. Other quotes from other companies stated not responsible for damage to lawns.

Very nice and knowledgeable. Very impressed with the thoroughness of their work. We opted to save a little money and clear debris ourselves and we were given some great safety tips. Would use them again.

Responded to request for quote quickly. Job of clearing limbs along utility lines was done completely and the area was left free of all debris. I would use them again.

Very responsive and organized. Didn't show up the day they originally said, and I had to call them to reschedule, but I understand, it was a small job they were fitting in while they happened to be in the area on a bigger job. The job was to cut back a small tree to prevent further growth into power lines.

I called the owner, Josh, with an urgent matter: after a recent wind storm brought down a branch on my tenant's car. He responded the very next day and came by to clean up the situation. Ultimately we determined to take down the tree, which he did the very next morning. Couldn't have asked for a better response! Price was reasonable.

I appreciated them coming out at 5:00 to help us. I was mislead on the price but since they were already here & started I couldn't have them stop. Paying $550 + taxes to have a cracked limb taken down was way more than we discussed over the phone. I've had entire trees taken down for 1/2 that price. They left tons of other branches hanging over the roof that we requested to have taken down & were assured they would! Unfortunately since we are selling our house & had a showing while they were here I had to leave. My husband stayed behind & he was not aware of what was discussed for the work to be done. I'm frustrated & feel somewhat taken advantage of! The partial work they did was great, I would like the rest of it to be taken care of.

"Nicole, we have made attempts to contact you but have not called or emailed us back to try and resolve this issue. Your husband showed us the broken leader was and I gave you and your husband the price while you were still home, before work even began, as I was finishing my dinner. After hours emergency calls are charged at an overtime rate. We rushed to get the job done for you so that the person looking at your home would not be put off or rushed through the showing. You nor your husband mentioned additional trimming. I always ask this before I take my rope out of the tree and begin clean up. Please give us a call to resolve this issue."

We hired Josh & his company to cut down the majority of an old dead tree, remove a burning bush and cut back the bushes and trees around the sides and back of the yard - everything is looking great! Saved as a favorite pro and will certainly recommend! PS - I read a couple reviews about the lack of customer service and friendliness (paraphrasing here), however we did not have an issue with this AT ALL! In fact, they've been one of the friendliest people/company that we've hired to date, since purchasing our home.

Josh and his crew did a great job at what I wanted done. They were professional and answered any questions I had with detailed answers. They cleaned up after themselves and even blew off the driveway. The only problem I had with him was his poor communication. He cancelled our 1st app. due to rain. I called him several times to see when he would be coming and it took him a week to get back to me. Other then that I would definitely use Green Valley Tree again.

Even though I think Josh needs some improvement in customer interface I cannot fault his technical expertise and focus on safety. He is very knowledgeable about trees and and very methodical in the way he performs his tasks. I have had other tree companies work on my home but Josh is one of the best. I would have faith in having him remove any tree on my property with skill and safety.

Josh and crew responded to our request for pricing quickly gave us a detailed description of what he was proposing and after we accepted his proposal gave us a date and removed the trees and stump ground. Job was done professionally and clean up was every thing you would want. Nice job, nice rate, what else could you ask for?

Josh was very professional and nice to talk too. He provided a great quote and emailed the quote when he said that he would. The day before my work was to be done there was a storm in the state that delayed Green Valley Tree from coming on the day that we agreed and they were very prompt about contacting me and explaining and we were able to set up a new time. On the day they removed the trees in my yard, they arrived on schedule, were very polite, there work practices were clean, there was no damage to fence, home or pool in direct vicinity. I have already recommended there services to friends who have already reached out to them. I will definitely have Josh and his team back to do more tree work.
