Green Van Lines Moving Company - Dallas

BEWARE!!! This company is a fraud. We had our items picked up from Fort Worth, Texas on September 29, 2023, and they were supposed to be delivered to us in Michigan on October 14th, 2023. This never happened. The company ignores communication and has refused to tell us when we will get our belongings. It has been over a month and we still have to sleep on a mattress on the floor and live out of suitcases because they haven't delivered our stuff as paid for, and promised. I received ONE call back, after dozens of messages, and it was October 17th and Beau Talley stated it would only be 5-7 more days until delivery. Well, that came and went, and we still have nothing. BEWARE!! Do NOT use this company. They have also had their BBB verification revoked due to poor business management.

I hired them for a move to their storage facility until I figured out where my daughters things would be going. The items stayed in their facility for four month @ $270 a month. The items ended up going on two different truck a week apart to Greenville sc. The first load came with a lot of broken items. They did not care. The 2nd load was worse. They have stolen so many items. Boxes of clothing, kitchen items, $550 rain boots, 3-$325 scarves, family recipe box, a box of keepsakes, rugs, curtains, to many things to list. My daughter finally finished unpacking everything yesterday. These people are thieves! They cut through a locked cabinet. Luckily she had taken everything out of it and put it in a box. It was work papers, meant nothing to them and was not worth anything so those made it. Between the broken stuff and the stolen stuff it is about $10,000. This company should be ashamed and clearly the BBB thinks so too because they have been suspended! Look it up. It is a fact. I hope future potential customers read this and go another direction. It is all heartbreaking . The company does not care either so do not fool yourself if you use them that if this happens to you they will take care of you. Not one phone call! Not one apology! Nothing! You would think you would get a call saying we are trying to locate your things.. nope nothing. BBB is the best place to check moving companies out. They can not pay there to have their bad reviews removed. They are disgusting and should be shut down

Steve and Taul were beyond expectation. They were quick, fast and did the job pretty awesome. Kevin was too good with the estimate.

Green Van Lines moved us from Texas to Florida very efficiently. We did not have any damages to our furniture nor any real delays with delivery. One thing to expect is cross country moves are not fast nor cheap if you expect quality. We knew this before hiring but we still feel that we got a great deal and wouldn't hesitate to use Green Van Lines if we have another long distance move.

These guys were super cool, and made me feel like they were the right moving company for me. They were not only efficient, but also very careful with my stuff. Things were very seamless. REALLY affordable.

Professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. Zero problems or complaints. Communication was excellent. The price was very affordable and everything went smoothly. Would recommend them!

They were working their butts off the entire time! Super polite, respectful, and so professional. Not a single one of them had a bad attitude. These guys should be your first and last call if you're looking for movers.
