Had this company come out to install new windows and was left with damaged trim, torn Sheetrock, air gaps that 3/8" backer rod would not plug, water coming in two of them because they were not caulked around the outside. They attempted to come out and make repairs twice and I am still trying to get this resolved. Whenever I call Tony the owner I have to leave a message and he has someone else call my wife. I am now looking for another company to come out and to make a document the repairs and hope that Green View Remodeling will do the right thing and cover those costs. Hopefully Tony will read this and actually call us back.

Very good experience. This is our second set of windows. Very straightforward process, no surprises. Installation was quick, done by knowledgeable installers, no mess left behind. Just beautiful windows. I highly recommend them, and will hire them again for future work.

I had all the windows in my home replaced .I've gotten several estimates for Premium windows. By far Green View had the best price for the best quality windows. Salesperson was professional and installation was excellent. I was very happy with their service.

I am blown away by the horrible experience I just had with the owner of the company. I just recently had the windows installed and noticed a couple of small issues. Nothing major, and overall, I was satisfied with the work done. I called to speak with someone about it and have the issues repaired. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude and accused me of causing the issues. He was extremely rude about it. When asked if he was their customer support representative he said: **No, I am the owner of the company.** This is absolutely not how you talk to customers. I am irate at how I was just talked to. Before this conversation I would have recommended them. After I would not. I cannot believe I spent that much money with a company that treats its customers so poorly!

We are so thrilled with our new windows. Everything went exactly as Byron H. Said it would go. They kept their promises. The windows are fantastic. They are easy to care for, sound proof, and gorgeous. If we adjust our heat or air one degree, we can tell within 10 minutes. We have lived in this house for fifteen years, and if we had known windows would make this much of a difference, we would have called GreenView sooner! It has been almost a month, and we still havenâ t put up the curtains because our windows are so beautiful. Our waterfall obscure bathroom windows allow the light to glisten in while maintaining perfect bathroom privacy. We are so happy and impressed. Call GreenView today!

Sales guy basically wouldn't leave until we bought windows. Project taking forever and still not done. No one calls to give update so we just wait and wait.

Very customer oriented. Installers were very professional. New windows are expensive, so brace yourself for sticker shock. Unlike other window reps who came by, this rep did not drive me crazy or play games. Greenview had the best warranty.

Finished job very fast with great quality

I had to have 13 of my windows replace because of age and wood rot. Very customer service oriented, respond promptly to all my phone calls, great service. Very happy with their work and my new windows. The windows are GREAT.. They had no trouble with all my old windows being different sizes either. My old windows was original to my 1947 house.

I needed 4 replacement bedroom windows for a condo that I was selling and had a tight deadline for getting the work completed prior to closing. Green View was able to get the windows ordered and installed prior to my deadline. They cleaned up after the work was completed and re-hung blinds from my old windows as well. I am satisfied with the work and would use Green View again.

They did what they said. Their initial price was higher than their competitor but the did honor their competitors price. Make sure you read the fine print in the contract. And write down everything they agree to do. The product is very nice and I am pleased with the end result.

Just wanted to update my review. They did come back out and replace the windows with scratches and repaired and re-caulked the windows. It's a shame I had to write a poor review in order to get them to contact me and do the repair. The person started the conversation by telling me that this sometimes happens and to read the contract they couldn't fix it but then they did get it fixed when I told them that I was told it would be replaced and repaired. Not the way to start a conversation with an upset customer.
