Operator showed up as scheduled. NO test instruments were ever exhibited. The existing system was immediately condemned and a new unit installed. Cost of $350.00. Reception since is not up to previous standard, and has steadily declined. Currently using an in-house $49.00 disk antenna from Wal-Mart and getting better signal. This is NOT a service provider that would be recommended !

"I am somewhat sorry you weren?t satisfied with your replacement antenna. However, you should have contacted me directly, if you were having issues. When I left your home, there were over 60 channels crystal clear. My new install antenna was warrant for one year. I replaced your antenna because it was old and rusted, corroded, faulty and wild poison ivory vine growing up and rounded it. Also You had 5 amps inside the living room and under the house trying make it work with your soldering gun."

I would highly recommend Ulyssses. He is professional, polite and knows what to do. He installed my antenna about 2 years ago. He came out right away. My antenna was hit by lightning and he fixed it. He’s great!

I called Ulysses back in 2019 when I decided to cut the cord. He showed up right on time, did a professional job and was very fair with his pricing. It is going strong and I'm I'm still enjoying the free local channels! When my roof was replaced in August 2022, Ulysses came back and remounted that same antenna for me, made sure my signal was strong, and now that we just got a new TV, I'm going to ask him back to run cable to it and get it set up for us. I highly recommend Ulysses for TV antennas and service!
