Easy payment method. Casey is super helpful and responsive. Crew cleaned up work area each night so it was still usable space. They also did my backsplash in the kitchen. Only one minor complaint is that after putting face plates back on in kitchen my sink disposal wonâ t turn on. Found it was the wire behind faceplate came loose. Easy fix.

I had Jeff come out and give me a quote to repair a rotten porch column. The price was fair and I signed the contract. Then I tried to contact them to schedule the work and they did not respond to multiple calls or text messages. I never heard back from them after signing the contract. I ended up doing the work myself after watching a few videos and it turned out great and I saved the money I would have paid them. I would bet they would do a great job and their price was fair for the amount of work and materials but the fact that they never called me back and broke off communications can only lead me to give them a negative review. I gave them 2 stars because my interaction with them through the quotation process was fast and professional but unfortunately I dont have any experience with their final work product. UPDATE: I got an email from the owner of the company explaining that Jeff (the employee who gave me the quote and then subsequently stopped communicating with me) had been fired for lack of communications. This may explain why I never heard back from him. Given that my negative experience (lack of communications) was only with the terminated employee, I have updated my review to reflect my only other interaction with this company - their quoted pricing, which I believe was fair for the amount of work that was to be done.

The finished a room in the basement for a home gym. Quality work at a good price. Very responsive to questions and requests.

We used Greenway for our Master Bathroom Remodel. Their professionalism and patience were constant throughout the project. They were courteous and clean up every day before they left. Communication with the team was great. We love our bathroom and we will definitely hire GBS again for future projects.

The team was very professional and courteous . We had hardwood installed in the kitchen, family room, and on basement stairs. The area was kept clean and livable during the entire job, minimum dust. The work was flawless to say the least. The installer really new what he was doing and the flooring and stairs look exactly the way we hoped. I plan on having them return and install hardwood in a few other areas later. EXCELLENT JOB!!!!!
