Needed a WDO inspection of our crawl space. From initial contact with the office everything was handled with courtesy and professionalism. Very quick turn around for a scheduled inspection appointment. CHRIS, the technician called ahead to confirm he was on his way. Arrived on time and completed a thorough inspection, answering all my questions and eliminating my concerns. We scheduled an appointment for next month for him to return and spray a biocide treatment in the crawl space. Exceptional customer service and reasonably priced. VERY happy with this company!!

I had employed Green Wing to perform monthly spraying for insect control. I found that the spraying was not effective unless the spraying occurred in both the inside & outside of my house. They called me to confirm a monthly spraying, and I tell them I wanted to schedule the appointment early so I could let them inside. I had done this previously. They said the tech would contact me to arrange an appointment. The tech DID NOT contact me, and performed the spraying on the outside of my house only against my directions. I called the office and told them this was unacceptable, and I would not pay for that application. Them told me they'd take care of it. They didn't take care of it, and sent me a bill. I notified them that I WILL NOT pay. They continued to send me a bill and ultimately turned the $50 bill over to a collection company.

"Hello Mr. [Member Name Removed], sorry that you were unhappy with the service we provided back in January. Our records show that treatment on January 7th was scheduled for interior and exterior service however at the time of service we were unable to treat the interior of the home. Our company policy is to treat interior as needed or upon request, since we were unable to treat the interior on the day we serviced the exterior of your home we would have been happy to come out again to service the interior of your home at no additional charge. Unfortunately we were unable to get back out to treat the interior of your home because service was cancelled the next day on January 8th. As far as payment goes our goal is to never send anyone to collections however after 3 attempts to reach you via phone with no response we were forced to use other methods for collecting payment. Please feel free to give us a call to further discuss. Thank You!"
