BEWARE! My 79-year-old father hired this company to sod our large backyard for nearly $10k. From the day the pallets arrived, many sections appeared brown and dead. When concerns were raised before installation, we were repeatedly assured the sod was merely ?dormant? and would recover, but the company refused to provide that guarantee in writing. On April 4, after concerns were again raised, Carly texted: ?Per our discussion in 2 weeks if there is an issue we meaning Jason and I will be back out no worries.? By April 18, large portions were still dead. On April 24, Carly returned with representatives connected to the sod supplier and again stated that if the sod did not recover after additional watering, all dead sod would be replaced at no cost and she would send that agreement in writing. That email was never sent. As of May 19, the sod remains dead, the company is demanding more pics and videos, no replacement plan has been provided. Full detailed review available on Google.

$7,000. to rock my front yard. They shorted the underlayment and none in some areas. Within three days I have weeds and a tree coming through a very thin layer of rock. So they want to charge me $40.00 to spray with round up scheduled a week and a half ago, but never showed up or even called.

Asked to have dirt dug down and sand laid. Contractor said didnt think needed dirt dug. Just laid sand. Still paid for way more than what was done.

I do not think I have ever had a better home contractor experience. Immediate Responsiveness, Onsite Visit, Onsite quote, Fair Pricing. I had 3-tons worth of river rock delivered and laid down as a dry stream bed, in a matter of hours. The result surpassed my expectations and will only continue to get better. I would highly recommend.

Good company

The one thing that stood out to me was the prompt response, to the on site quote, to completing the job! Start to finish in a week! This is a unique company and the owner oversees all the finer details himself! I will be hiring them again for some other home repairs since this company can do more than just gravel placement! Great experience!
