Peter did an outstanding job. He showed up when he said he would and then proceeded to work hard all day to mulch large landscaped areas of our property. Very pleased and will certainly call on them again. Thank you!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. After hiring Green Zone after purchasing a home out of state, there was a delay in the first mowing that was not communicated; I had to reach out and ask why the lawn had not been mowed. We were on a (2) week schedule & we were not advised by Green Zone that they did not mow as scheduled 2 weeks later. We did not know until we were contacted by our HOA for the lawn not being mowed. it;s very disappointing, trying to hire locally owned small businesses and have such horrible service. They are not responsive or dependable & don't even show up after being hired. Still have no response to our last several messages to them & have had to search for a new provider.

Chris did an outstanding job. We had a HUGE pile of tree limbs and branches that needed to be removed. During our first initial phone call, he explained the process, but also secured a level of comfort and trust with me to allow him to give me an estimate without being home, especially as a mom of 4 and always on the go. He was more than reasonably priced and fit our budget. The day he came to load and haul, my family had an unexpected detour 20mins away and again I was able to trust him to do the job. When we got home, my husband and I were amazed by his work and dedication. Chris is a hard working guy for certain.

Green Zone was extremely responsive, worked very quickly and professionally, and offered a great value installing sod in my back yard. In fact, by the time I even got a response from some of the other companies I had requested a quote from, Chris had already completed the job, and at a better price than what they were offering. Next time I have a job that needs done, I will go straight to Green Zone.

Due to illness my yard was very overgrown. They cleaned up the huge mess our puppy had made in the back yard. They mowed and edged the grass without scalping it and trimmed the shrubs very nicely, all at a very reasonable price. He even cleaned up the under side of the trees. I will have him back.

The lawn was very uneven when the job was complete. I do not think it was rolled after installing the sod. In addition, I asked that at least two inches of mulch be used over the ground cover. I noticed quite a few places where the ground cover was exposed. I said that I would pay extra for the mulch, but apparently that did not work. After a month there are still patches of dead sod and other patches that are infested with weeds. I have contacted another company to try to smooth out the surface.

"Your cameras should have seen me rolling front and back. You could always ask me to do it again. I apologize for your experience. I did not know how you felt, but yes sod is always uneven in the beginning. Many of my jobs are adding top soil to fill in edges and start the leveling process which is a completely separate task. Again I apologize however. I will communicate better in the future."

They were late stay until after dark so I could not see the work that was done when I did see it it was not too bad but it was not what I exactly expected they did not do a very good job on the backyard and when they blew off my porch it blew into my sunroom.

My help quit on me due to freezing temperatures and you told me the HOA was upset about the 6 yards of topsoil by the road so I was trying to deescalate their involvement and get done. I paid for some of your materials out of my pocket. Hopefully that great discount is of some comfort."
