Make sure the work is done on the client's property. My fence was erected on the neighbor property even though Diaz had the official survey of my property. After I discovered that the fence had been built on the neighbor property, I called Diaz to let him know about the error and the first thing out of his mouth was Firs he blamed the survey. then he said I will have to charge. I was expecting something like let me come and see and we can talk about it. He finally agreed to come and see the work on a certain date BUT he FAILED to show up or even call.

Great company for fence work. Removed old wood fence and installed new one. Also added chain link fence and gates. All work was well done and price was good. Did a much better job than the previous fence company had done.

They were the lowest priced of the four fence installer I talked with. However, like they say. You get what you pay for. The fence is uneven/not level. I am reminded of this fact every time I pull into my driveway. They also, installed the wrong size gate. I am considering have someone replace the small section of fence that is visible from the driveway.

Diaz Fence reminds me of the way things once were, where a company provided great service, showed up on time, and, quite simply, wowed the customer. I was in need of immediate fence repair, and though they had committed to much larger jobs, they promised to work my needs into their busy schedule. Three other companies offered service eight weeks or more into the future, and didn't care to listen to my quiet desperation to avoid an impending code violation. Thank you to Ariel ( not sure of the correct spelling). He exudes customer service and is an excellent spokesman for your company.

Ariel Diaz was very prompt in making an on-site visit and in submitting a clear, concise proposal for the work. I used their fence construction expertise to help plan out the project. The entire old fence was to be replaced with all new fencing. Ariel was very professional, suggesting ideas to make my fence look good. It took about 4-1/2 days to replace the fence. Ariel spent significant time on the work site during every workday. He had a person in-charge when he was not on-site. Ariel and his staff were kind, courteous and personable. They all were a pleasure to work with throughout the project. They left the work area neat and clean at the end of every workday and final clean-up at the end of the project was outstanding. Ariel and his crew did a great job replacing a privacy fence for us. His estimate was very competetive, and there were no hidden add on charges for the job. They worked hard efficiently and safely. The fence looks great, and they did a wonderful job of cleaning up the worksite after they were done working. I would certainly reccomend them to others.

The job we had was a bit more than the crew expected with a few changes having to be made on the fly. However, everything was handled professionally and cheerfully. I have always thought the quality of the wok is directly proportional to the cleanliness of the jobsite. The crew cleaned up everyday and the quality of the work is top shelf with the end result more than meeting our expectations. There were no unexpected surprises in the pricing which was appropriate for the work done. I would gladly recommend Diaz Fence.

They did good work and while scheduling was a bit slow it was understandable in view of the hurricane damage demands.
