Super dope! Long time ago, still remember their work!

The rep was very pleasant, arrived practically on time and was very knowledgable. I have to wait for a part and then he will fix my couch.

They did a fine job reupholstering my hide-a-bed couch, and will also locate a new mattress. They delivered and picked up when they said they would, and were very courteous.

Lack in communication with customer, lack it production promises; I was told we would be shown one of the 6 chairs we turned over to Ed in 3 weeks. A meeting was set up for last Wednesday the 14th of July, which would be 24 days since the chairs were taken. No one showed up and no correspondence was made with me until 3 days later when I posted a message requesting a status on their web site. To this day, the 30th day, I haven't gotten a call as to what day to expect the review of the one finished chair. I have paid out $450.00 and have nothing to show for it including no chairs to sit on in my dining room, I'm beginning to think this is a scam.
