Greene Tree

I had to keep calling them back to finish the job. They did not pick up the limbs and Bush cuttings I had to. They over charge for the work they do. They scam people. Do not use them they do not do a good job.

We did not have a tree removed but had broken branches removed. They were very slow in responding to our call and actually coming out then sent one man that couldnt finish the job. Then several came out but rather ill-equipped at performing the job. Left small branches scattered in the yard. We felt they charged too much for what they did but we paid without fussing.

I would recommend Green Tree.

Yeah, very poor job. They did not use proper materials, did not prepare the ground right nothing about the job was very good and took way too long.

They took about 2 months to start and complete the job, and yes, it grew bigger due to needs, but the communications were awful, almost never calling back when needed or asking something...broke my gate, and I repaired as best I can, and told them to come to get their loaded trailer out of my back yard for over a week, and was always told, we will be right over, or first thing in the morning, but NEVER was as that...finally had to threaten to get the wrecker service and police to help me get rid of it. So, they finally came, without calling again, as wanted to keep gate from re breaking by them again, and (this alone is the reason for this review, as would not have left any, if they had called first, as I pleaded with them for a week to do, unsuccessfully)!! Nearing broke it again trying to drive off with gate opened...will never use a poor communicator like this again and the worker worked 1 hour some days they were here, and disappeared, without no saying or not coming when they said they would, was a worst problem. work good, when finally here, and not breaking the gate...just a horribly long time to do about 4 days work... near two months! Never Again...Hirer beware!

Great job. Very professional and helpful.

Gentleman came to home promptly and Gave us a reasonable bid. We have 7 large trees and my husband kept the lower areas trimmed. The areas above that were not safely accessible by ladder. The next morning: The gentlemen in the crew were polite and went right to work. They cleaned up all the debris from the trees and took those away. The took a lunch break, then started on the Backyard. We have a pool and they obviously took care to not to cause any damage. One of our trees has a split in the trunk,so they injected a fungicide in the tree to stop the damage. They cleaned up the debris and loaded it on their trailer. They let me know they were done and the the trees look great. Highly recommend this company.

Very pricey for 1 man 2 hours work. $300 plus
