"Barry, pet vomit can leave a bad spot especially on furniture. Often now days there are also food dyes to contend with in pet food so even if it can be cleaned off and without leaving a bad watermark (cellulose browning), it will stain. "Tom, with such a fantastic review people are going to think we know each other! We don't. You found me on Home Advisor. Sometimes we have to go too long between cleaning often because it's not our responsibility, but hey there's only so long one can go with dirty flooring before you work a breaking point. Condos also have some special considerations. It really helps that I also have the strongest commercial vacuum for jobs like this. That allows me to spend the time necessary to do a quality job.
