Make sure they show you the product costs so you can make sure the money you give for materials are being used for that. I paid 2350 in materials and they cut corners and didn?t not buy treated wood for each plank. Some planks were warped before install. Huge gap between my neighbors yard and mine yard line. Gate came undone because the nails purchased and used. Someone else had to fix the gate because I never received a returned call. They had a bigger project elsewhere and still have not followed up. So disappointed. Being a single female there wasn?t a guy to confirm the work. Just thought they would?ve been honest the whole way through.

They do not communicate well at all. They require half in advance with the promise of scheduling right after payment. There was almost a month of no contact after payment. Then they show up on a random Friday and I tell the owner that I have been trying to cancel the order. After talking he agreed to finish taking down the smaller trees and shrubbery on the sides of the house( that I had already taken down 50% of) because of no communication. Then I called him at the end of the day because they just left without saying anything and did not complete the job. I called and agreed to go ahead and let him finish the project that was already agreed upon which yet again he did not finish. Then he proceeds to start harassing me for the other half ($700) from the $1400 project for tree and shrubbery removal. I tell him I will pay him as soon as he finishes the work that he both verbally, and in writing agreed to do. Make sure you check the invoice because he will verbally agree to do certain things and then deceptively not put it on the invoice and threaten civil litigation. Then he tries to charge an additional $200 to complete the work that he originally agreed to do. *** Warning**** I would not recommend this company and I would not pay in advance (outside of material), I would have him give me an itemized material list and get the materials myself. He is not a man of his word. I have never given a negative review proceed with caution and hold him to his word.

Terrence Gaston and his brother did a great job. The were friendly courteous and did everything from cutting down the tree, stacking the wood, and removing the brush. I would definitely refer them.

He was quick to respond, very polite, got the job done quick. I was very happy when he could come out and complete the job within days instead of weeks or months. Extremely friendly and the quality of work is great! I highly recommended this company.
