Needed a WDI Inspection for the purchase of a home, even on short notice (less than 24 hours) Smith Exterminating was there and was very cordial and efficient reviewing her findings and making recommendations. Very knowledgeable and passed their knowledge along to me as her consumer! Unfortunately she did find some damage and she gave an estimate for the cost of the repair and maintenance which seemed reasonable and combined with the great service she had already provided, much more than reasonable! At first I was a little concerned about hiring this company. It seemed that every time I spoke with her, she would indicate how busy she is. I almost felt like if she was that busy, she didn't need my business. Well, I went with her after all and she turned out to be very personable and professional. I could see why she was so busy because as it turns out, it is only her. My suggestion for this company would be to consider not making a prospective client feel like one of too many.
