This company received all money over several payments. They came out and worked a couple days but never finished the job. We currently have sidewalk bricks and steps that have not been sealed such that they dont move. In addition, an external light had its day/night sensor installed wrong so the light stayed on all the time. A railing was part of the agreed on proposal never installed. A bed that they were working on relocating plants was never completed. Also as part of the proposal they were to plant bushes to replace some taken out. At this time all of this is not done. We have attempted to reach this contractor by all the numbers we had, and have also sent text and emails with no response. I am aware they have multiple ways of contacting us but they havent. The proposal was in March, and started the project in April. Today it is August of the same year. We do not understand why a previously reputable business would do this.
