Greengo's Irrigation

Our recent experience with this company and their affiliate, Backflow Technicians, has raised some concerns regarding their backflow prevention testing services. We initially selected their service under the impression that it would include both a pressure test and a thorough visual inspection of our backflow system. However, the service provided was limited to a pressure test only. Subsequent to the testing, we observed that the PVB canopy appeared to have sustained damage?it was cracked and some screws were missing, conditions that were not present prior to the service. Moreover, once the main water valve was reopened, there was noticeable water leakage from the canopy. When we communicated these observations to Mr. Raul, the owner, we felt that his response was unprofessional did not fully address our concerns.

They were great and punctual. If you had a question they explained it to you. Also what's going to happen to make it sure that you understood their work step by step.

Sergio the technician told me there is no charge for visiting diagnosis and estimates. He did not do a good job took $80 from me and messed up my circuit 5. Then wanted $125 more to change the solenoid on circuit 5. Now he says he has no time. I find this dishonesty and incompetent.

During a Pandemic...all pros should arrive a customer home with gloves and a mask at a minimum...even if they work outside the home.

I highly recommend Greengos s irrigation!! They send someone right away to help me with my project. The gentleman that repaired the sprinklers was very polite and professional and did a great job! I am very thankful!!!

The response time fantastic, evaluation of problem perfect, correction was immediate, evaluation of balance of system was through and replacements/ adjustments/corrections/operation of balance of sprinkler system was recommended for approval prior to correction. Price was reasonable/THIS IS MY NEW SPRINKLER REPAIR COMPANY.

Cheapest quote that I received, but the quality of work was great. Technician who did the work was a nice guy. After the work was done, when we were testing the Sprinkler system, he noticed that one of the sprinkler heads were broken and he replaced it for free and I didn't even ask him to replace it. Very nice!
