Our pest control technician was excellent. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we understood the treatment plan and what to expect. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Highly recommend!

Jerome was friendly and polite. I had a few questions which he readily answered . He explained what was going to happen( wasp nest removal). And informed me of the maintenance routine the company follows. I was very pleased with his efficiency and will be sure to request him for future appointments.

The classic we don?t realty care because we got you to sign a contract type of company. Spoke with Emmy. You told me, we can get a tech out there between 2-5. The proceeds to ask me to sign a yearly contract. Then around 1:30 pm I receive a text message which I just saw telling me they won?t be here till tomorrow. Canceled and blocked my credit card. Talk about a great way to waste a new clients day. I called Kapture and they sent a guy out the same day. I will be using Kapture for my bee issue.

Monthly ongoing contract for pest control. Reasonable

Do NOT waste your money. They were here to treat the yard and for ants inside our home. They came twice for the ants, there was no improvement at all. There was no difference around the perimeter of the house, and there were still many ticks in the yard. To top it off, the customer service at Greenix is terrible, they were very rude to my husband. Terrible company, we won't be using their services again.

They missed multiple appointments would not allow me to cancel my contract without $300 fee .Avoid!
