We hired Greenix to help get rid of mice at a duplex we own. When we signed up, we were told they would come out every other week and that the issue should be resolved within about a month. Instead, it took around **four months** to finally get the problem under control. A major issue was the lack of reliability. Many times, they were **no-call, no-shows**, which was extremely frustrating, especially when dealing with a pest issue at a rental property. On top of that, the billing felt very misleading. We were put on a monthly charge, but then they would also charge extra when they actually came out to the property. When we called to cancel, we were told there would be a **$350 cancellation fee**, which was not clearly explained to us when we started the service. It felt very sly and misleading. These folks have an incredible customer focus. 2 weeks after the first treatment, my pest issues (ants and spiders) were gone. And they have been gone ever since. Highly recommend.

I hired the company and paid a deposit. They put me on the schedule for around 10am. No one showed up and I called. They said I was on the schedule for 2p. 2p came and went and still no one showed up. I have requested a refund for my deposit because they are unreliable. They are high price too

They postponed schedule several times and after working done he promised to come back to confirm working well but did not show up.

Being on a tight budget I was very pleased with their quote and the yearly cost for quarterly service. The agent who came out to do the service was very professional, Eric explained everything he would be doing and explained the chemicals that he would be using inside and outside.
