Great communication to set up the visit. They had appointments available very soon after I called. It was pretty fast. 3 weeks later - we haven't seen evidence of any mice or spiders!

They are always friendly and thorough. You are contacted before they arrive so that you can request anything specific. They send pictures of anything they find as well.

After speaking with tech and letting them know I am allergic to bee stings, Gabe said he'd put a rush order in for the 3rd of Sept no later than the 4th. I cancelled 2 appointments to be here to let them into the house. No call no show both days. I called and was informed it would be on the 8th. I stayed home again all day. NO ONE SHOWED UP AGAIN!!! Tech said he was here but literally lied. He listed bugs wr never mentioned and not one time did he mention the yellow jackets are 1 1/2-2 inches long and very aggressive which is why we called in the 1st place! Hive is still highly active, and no signs of dust anywhere! This is NOT a way to do business after taking someone's money.

He got rid of the spiders that have been on my bushes all summer.

Yes . He was very pleasant and I explained to him we were having trouble with the very tiny ants and he said he?d take care of the problem. He also found a lot of wasp nests and lock them all down for me and then did a spraying

Stephen Gorman was the tech that came out and I could not have been more happy. Stephen was extremely polite and courteous. He explained everything he was doing and why. Extremely satisfied with Stephen as a service technician. It would be great if all service industries had a Stephen Gorman representing them on a cal.

Clay treated three yellow jackets around the foundation and got one of the queen(s). He also set rodent traps for fall/winter season. He was professional and kept me informed on what he was doing.
