I initially talked to them Saturday about an issue I had with German roaches. They wanted $200 for a consultation and when I said I couldn't afford this the person I spoke with came back saying they could send out a technician on Monday for $39. I am awaiting a refund on the $39 and felt they were trying to upsell me and were not honest with me.

I hired them and was told after that the things I needed them to do like pest control for premaintance all bugs and mice. To keep them away. I was told costed more once they came out. Also they took money from my account before they came when it was only suppossed to be held in case I didnà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t show or cancelled. They cancelled cause the worker told me a different price. So. Be carful using them
