We called Greenix for a carpenter ant problem. They have not done any damage to our house yet and we wanted to get ahead of it. The person I talked on the phone with was very polite and very happy to answer all my questions. He was able to help us decide the best treatment and plan for our issue. And we got a great deal too. Justin B. Was the person who came and treated our house and even our tree that the ants were dwelling. He was very polite and easy to talk to about concerns or questions. We have a lot of outside work needed done for house in general but Justin was just happy to help us with our ant problem. And an added bonus, we will be protected from many other insects, including the many earwigs we’ve seen this year. I also love how the treatment is a safe option for our pets and kids. Thank you.

VERY UNHAPPY - They came out is this morning fort he 3rd rime - they are not plugging all the holes - for more. They did do the job in the basement and treated outside. But it did not stop the infestation. Today he said they did it wrong and should have treated the nest and then plugged it later. He is doing that with more holes - I signed a ongoing contract I don't not want.

We d downhill fast. Had Greenix for a while, and for most of the contract the service was fine. Most recently the treatments stopped working and when I asked for them to return and retreat, they kept saying they would be out here and never came, I had to call twice and have several text message exchanges with the tech/supervisor to get an appointment. Once the finally retreated it, did not work. Now I am back to spraying myself. For a while service was fine but it suddenly and completely collapsed.

A technician from Greenix was very rough with my property, and I have video evidence showing them breaking my gate. This started a claims process back in September that has now stretched over several months. Iâ ve been through countless calls with agents and supervisors who, while polite, are unable to reach or even communicate with their own claims department. Recently, my claim was finally â resolved,â with Greenix denying liability for the damage. The claims representative argued that the technician wasnâ t even at my property that day, only driving past itâ despite their own customer service verifying the exact timestamp of the service call from start to finish. The entire experience has been absurd. Adding to my frustration, when I told them I wanted to make sure my service agreement didnâ t auto-renew due to this ordeal, they informed me that they couldnâ t stop the auto-renewal at that moment. I was told Iâ d need to call back on March 5th to cancel or pay a $230 cancellation fee, even though my remaining services would only cost around $90. It wasnâ t until I threatened small claims court that they finally agreed to cancel my policy. Iâ m now free from Greenix, but I would urge anyone to beware. Their policies and claims processes are not consumer-friendly, and if anything goes wrong, itâ s like talking to a wall. It should never be this difficult to cancel a policy or resolve an issue. Proceed with caution.
