Misleading Contract and Hidden Fees Greenix rep told me my first payment was just for one month with a discount, in reality,I was locked into an 18- month contract at $69.99/month that was never explained after only one spray and two months charges, I canceled _and that hit me with a $299 cancellation fee I ended up paying $539.97 for very limited service . Customers beware: Greenix is not transparent about their contracts.

Our technician was very good he went around the entire house and hit all the main areas and near the house. He also put out the snake granules and I’ll say it has worked awesome!! We haven’t seen any snakes since they put it out the first time in May 2026. That makes me a very happy Moma💕

Would give this a 0 star rating if I could. We called about a carpenter bee issue and were told they could take care of that. The visit consisted of a general "pest prevention" treatment and locked us in a 12 month contract with NOTHING to do with the carpenter bees. We called immediately and told them to cancel the contract. Months later we got a notice they were coming out for treatment and we were confused because we thought it was cancelled. We were on the phone with multiple individuals from their "account services" team all telling us different things. The one account manager told us we can pay the cancellation fee or simply keep pushing out the treatment (refusing treatment each quarter) as a loophole to get us through the contract without being serviced. We went that route of course only for them to then go back on that suggestion and tell us that was not possible and we'd need to continue with their prevention treatments for the full 12 months or pay the $299 cancellation fee

I felt a little dissatisfied due to mandatory contract and being told there was termite swarming, which another company told me that it was fine.
