Good customer service by both gentlemen we saw. The young man that set us up failed to mention the first extra $100.00 charge which was a bit upsetting when we receive the first invoice.

This was to remove yellow jackets under siding. He arrived early and listened carefully to my concerns. He understood my overall concerns. Should the bees be saved? Safety was very important as I am allergic to bee bites. He explained how he would go forward with what tools would use and how. He walked through how he would check and spray first for possible bee sites now and future around the home. Then "smoke" would be used under the siding. After "smoke" he showed the site and strongly advised staying away from it for a day because bees coming out will be very angry and aggressive. If bees appear after two days contact them and they will return. It has been three days without bees returning. The tech was very easy to have a discussion and seemed very well trained in the bee removal.

This is an ongoing project lasting over a year. So far so good. Probably for such long term projects dealing with pest removal from grounds, it would be helpful to set expectations early of what is to be expected for rodent treatment. In addition, better education for clients who receive such services on what progress over time looks like when hired to tackle the problem.

I got scammed , I explain the job to the salesman in detail he said no problem we have ways to get it it done we have ways when he sent a teck out who knew nothing about the job ,and said this happens all the time no communication between sales and the technician technician Long story short they have my money and absolutely nothing was done I still have the bee's in my basement and house thanks for NOTHING!!! NEVER AGAIN ANGI !!
