Knowledgeable and efficient!

I have been a customer of Rove Pest Control for over five years. They have always been very communicative when they are coming out with the given time frame. Ever since it was sold to Greenix, the communication has gone downhill. I scheduled for them to come out to my rental to have the inside treated. I spoke on the phone with the representatives; the first one set up the appointment, and said they will call back to confirm for the tech to come out. No one called, but I received an email for the date (no time). I called back to confirm the timeframe since I would need to be there. The representative confirmed the timeframe, but there noted. The day of, no one came at the confirmed timeframe. I waited an hour for them to call back to say the tech was schedule between 8A - 5P. How do they expect someone with a busy work schedule to sit around and wait the whole day for that. I am super disappointed in Greenix and will be looking elsewhere for pest service

Greenix purchased my previous pest control service about a year ago here in Minneapolis. From day one, Greenix employees failed to deliver the most basic of their services. Employees would show up without an appointment and fail to service the garage or the back yard, which were the only reasons I?d hired them. Today, the technician arrived and asked about my concerns. I pointed to two places with excess spider webs. They left without checking in and did not address the only two areas I?d pointed out. I?ve posted two photos that highlight their lack of service. Greenix will promise you the world to keep you trapped in their subscription web; however, they have failed to perform at the basic minimum level for over a year. Avoid at all costs.

They were very knowledgeable and professional. They came in and applied the repellent quickly and were done. Very happy with the service.

The technician was very professional and acknowledged my text which had my specific desires for this visit,. He also let me know when he completed the entire job so I didn’t have to wonder.

I was unsure about paying for routine pest control, but it’s been a great experience with Rove (now Greenix). They are timely, professional, and quick to address any issues not taken care of by their routine visits. The spray they use indoors is pet safe.

I have these people for years and every person that comes out has been great. They always ask if there is any problem to address. The reason I started with this years ago was a problem with Carpenter Ants. They took care of that problem and I have been very happy with their work. This is a great company with very caring people that come to preforming work at your home.

We have an issue with wasps in our new steel cable deck rails. I mentioned it to our guy and he assured me he'd take care of it. He then proceeded to treat each of the posts on two large decks. He was very thorough and we really appreciate the attention to detail. Great service!

We scheduled this appointment specifically to have pest control treatment completed both inside and outside of the home, and we worked hard to secure this appointment. When the technician arrived, we were disappointed to learn that he was not equipped with the necessary supplies/tools to complete the inside treatment, despite us being told that both services would be done. He did complete the outside treatment and told us he would return in 1?2 hours after getting the necessary equipment from another technician because the shop is closed for the weekend. While I appreciate that he is trying to find a solution, I am very disappointed with the company?s lack of preparation. Technicians should have access to the supplies they need for scheduled jobs, especially on weekends when the shop is closed. Customers should not have to wait additional hours or worry about whether a confirmed service can actually be completed because the company did not properly equip its employee. I hope the ins

She showed up on the scheduled day and was very pleasant. We chatted about the yellow jacket infestation and the problem with the moles and voles. She was very knowledgeable about what attracts them and how to get rid of them. She treated the yard and left after 20-30 min.

The tech was on time and polite. He did all of the services in a timely manner just as we expected.

August was our service provider. Unfortunately I was not able to be home be he communicated with me via text and sent pictures of the specific requests I had. Highly recommend August. He also provided a detailed message about what he used and what to expect for the results.

Jorden contacted me in a timely and professional manner and discussed my needs. I appreciated his thorough follow up report and pictures showing the work he did.

Phillip was an excellent communicator and responded in a very professional and timely manner to my ideas/suggestions about the bait stations. He also sent photos of each bait station - how he found them (empty!) and how he left them (full!). I have been using Greenix services for a year and really appreciate that the person coming to check and refill the bait stations lets me know the approximate timeframe on the day of the service. I have nothing but praise and compliments for their service — and would highly recommend them.

Kenneth was our tech. He always goes the extra mile to make sure that everything is taken care of for us. He had already left our home and I sent him a message about an extra area that I would like for him to cover any. He actually went back to do it. He is top notch in my books.
