I was approached on a Sunday evening at my folk's place and services were offered. We never really have had a pest issue except spiderwebs and mud daubers under our eves, which hasn't been a big hassle. However, the rep kept asking me to "give them a try" and they would do a one-time treatment at $69.99 so I agreed and signed for the service without reading the contract. I left when it was dark and when I returned a few days later, I could see that they had not done all the eves as promised, only about 1/3 of them had been treated, basically where they could reach with a short wand. Aslo, the mud dauber nestes they said they would remove was still there. I went back through my emails that I had received over the least few days from them only to find out that they signed me up for a 24 month procram at $39 a month. Also, the 72 hour recision period had passed and I would have to pay $249.00 to cancel. After a direct phone call with customer service, they allowed me to cancel the service. However, they would not come out to complete the service that I DID pay the initial fee for. I feel that the sales practice was deceptive and that they should have AT LEAST performed the service I paid for!

We are regular customers, however our mosquitos are horrible this year. I called today to see if they had treatments for that. They were here this afternoon. Damien was polite and friendly keeping me updated on his work. Here’s to a backyard without bites.

This company needs to improve their communication. We never know when the technician is coming. they?re very hit and miss about leaving any information behind after a visit.

When their sales men knocked at my door, promised me a bunch of service including getting rid of spiders, red ants around my pool, told me very easy to cancel if we are not happy. After a year service more spiders on my deck , we have thousands times more gnats , can?t even open my back door to let dogs out without thousands of gnats flying in. My husband finally pissed so i called them to cancel , they made it impossible to cancel it. Threatening me sending me to collections agency if i don?t use them, lied saying the reasons are that because my credit card was not valid which is lie , my credit on file wasn?t valid anymore but i had been paying them and they had been coming to my house but my son told me all they did just walked around my front yard . Never got up my deck , for $136 per month that?s definitely scam. Stay away from this company they are scam making it impossible to cancel they will lie, threat you when you are cancelling their service.
