Thorough service, careful and complete

Great knowledge about the pests which were nesting on my back patio. Came up with a solution quickly and promptly applied the insecticide to kill the insects.

Were on time and congenial. Did a very thorough search, but found nothing. My one concern is the seeming inability to get scheduling right.

I still can’t believe what a difference it’s been since Greenix started service on my property. I can actually sit on my front porch without getting freaked out by wasps and I can enjoy my back deck without all the bugs and spiders and mosquitoes. Total game changer. I’m so happy with the job they’re doing and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Second service in a row where service was not completed at my address. I am the one who has to follow up and then the service has to be rescheduled. Once I can get out of this contract, I will. This company no longer has authorization to charge my card without prior authorization and PROOF the service was completed. I don’t have time for this. This is the reason I am leaving this review. If you don’t have time to follow up - confirm services were completed I do NOT recommend this company.

Came out and did an amazing job!

I have learned that Greenix has not been performing the services that I have been charged for on a regular basis. On at least the last quarterly service, the technician did not execute the granular defense around the perimeter of my home (several feet away). He also failed to spray around the foundation. With respect to the granular treatment, he only dropped a small amount in a couple locations. This service is to spread an entire line of defense around the home. With respect to the foundation spray, they are to spray up and down 2-3 feet around the entire home. The technician did not even remove the sprayer from the van. In raising the concern to Greenix, Two phone calls with a call center only resulted in their reading of a script with no attempt to actually resolve the issue. A third call with someone who is presumably in a position with Greenix, resulted in his stating that the technician indicated proof of applications byway of documented usage of quantity of chemicals. I was satisfied with the job. The results will take a few weeks. Hopefully at that time the pests will be gone.

They didn't showed up in the time they said that they woul, They put in risk person's life because wasp nest was active and it was in the front door

due to severe hot weather and lots of rain, I needed quick response as insects were in the attic and we could hear them 24/7. Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. We have lived in our house for 40 years and every 10 years or so, we need to get a pest control in quickly. Kyle checked with the various satellite sites of technicians and found someone to come out the very next day in the morning which seems to be unheard of these days with businesses. We went with the 1yr service because the insects we have sometimes need more than 1 trip to eradicate them, plus the visits were unlimited if we still had the same problem, but don't expect that. Scheduled visits every quarter are what we wanted as we live next to the woods and our back yard is where the woods begin, so we wanted insect protection year round.

Greenix was the 2nd company to contact me. They offered me a great bundle deal that I could not turn down so I cancelled the first company I was scheduled with. Sheldon was the rep who came out. He did a great job explaining everything he was doing and answered all my questions.

They came out but couldn't move the Honey Bees.
