Jon was very nice and knowledgeable when speaking with him. Did the job in a timely manner.

He was wonderful! Experienced! Knowledgeable! We felt confident with him protecting our family from the wasps that made a massive nest in our mailbox and in the tree in front of our house.

Constantly ask this service to contact me 24 to 48 hours prior to appointment. How hard is it to send a text once they schedule service? Not that hard. Second, I consistently ask tech to address spider webs around my home and they verbal communicate they will but never take care of this request? that?s what I?m paying for right? Do yourself a favor and find a different service that actually provides good quality service and addresses any issues you might have with them?. Definitely not these people that for sure!!

He contacted me to let me know when he was coming. We have dogs, so they need to be inside. I appreciate the phone call.?

Pro job not done. I had just hired Greenix was approached by salesman and thought I had received a great value. The next day I received a text that my service was done. Supposedly the tech came and did my garage and shed but nothing on my ring camera and when I said that to whomever was texting me by the way my garage was too cluttered and NO it wasn't done but as of today NO ONE has called, come back out nothing!!!! So I am not happy, not impressed by your reviews from other people. If I hadn't said that the work wasn't done you would have just let me believe it was and once you said it wasn't done and I told the rep it was clear to do, why has no one called, texted, whatever to make it right? I was sold and told my house inside and outside, my sheds and my yard, and nothing has been done!!! Service non-existent, and maybe now I will get a response but it shouldn't take a bad review to get results

They come as announced and do the work quietly and eficiently.

Hired greenix last year to remove a wasp nest in my eaves. The first attempt didn't work but they came back out and treated it again for no extra cost which was appreciated. Their quarterly services around the house exterior have been very professional
