My technician Terrence notified me before he arrived. When he got to my home he advised me of all his activities. We had evidence of rodent activity in my garage. He quickly identified the spots where they had chewed through some wood molding to gain entry. Terrence patched up the area and set out traps for any returning pests. He then performed my regular bug service. He is very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Greenix and Terrence!

Terrence contacted me before arriving to my property, to make me aware he'd be checking bait stations. When he arrived, he went right to work. He was very quiet and efficient checking bait stations. I have used this service for a few years and have been very happy with their service.

I found a huge wasp nest in my tree. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Luis arrived on time and , fully explained the work he would do. He also treated a yellow jacket nest under my porch. He texted me his time of arrival. He was able to complete all the work and advised me to stay inside for the next hour. This company was easy to work with and Luis was great.

Terrence and David explained about the situation we had a helped us setup rodent traps! They also do great job with regular pest control.

Today, Steve (service tech) noticed mice droppings and showed me the holes that mice made around/through the foam of my (3) A/C line sets; believed to be entry points for mice. After reviewing these issues, we discussed a control plan. I added the Rodent Control to my current plan per Steve’s recommendation.
