I was happy with my service. The tech took his time and covered everything outside and inside. The only inside work was spraying for spiders which was very minimal. All bait stations outside were refreshed and I have had no mice issues inside the house for almost 18 months now…

Used to love Rove until they were acquired by greenix. Two quarterly appointments with greenix practices and I have mice again, and their solution is to move up my quarterly service 2-4 weeks vs come out and inspect/refill like it previously was - so essentially I would end up paying for 5 ‘quarterly’ services a year instead. Also customer service is no longer kind, personable people, but rather people just reading off a preset script.
