Very responsive and attentive

Steer clear of this company. Even the employees are saying how terrible it is, several advised me to go w someone else. They lie. They break promises. I was qualified to be same day service for yellow jackets removal. They never came out. Promised the next day and the next etc. NEVER came out. 5 hours on hold or begging them to come out. They repeatedly broke their word over and over. Even the branch managers and supervisors lied and lied. They do not care about their customers or integrity.

I noticed on my Ring camera once the tech arrived, he put on his bee suit and quickly sprayed the area. He really didn't saturate the problem areas and just did a quick spray. I called him on the camera mic and asked him if he sprayed where the hornets were coming in and out and he said he didn't see where they were coming out. I gave him directions and he still says he didn't see. He asked if I wanted him to spray the area again and I said yes please. Didn't spray directly in the holes.

Zac did an awesome job. Was here on time explained the process and discovered a rodent issue and handled it. He even explained the pricing and an updated contract was signed. I'm very happy I chose Greenix. Thank you Zac.

The person came on time and explained to me everything he was going to do and did it so good and so thoroughly and actually stood with me. A few minutes after he was done and explained everything again and what I should expect to happen in the next 2 weeks. He was very pleasant and very nice

Zackery who did our service was very personable. He let me know he arrived and that my fur babies should be kept in for a little while until everything had dried. He was very efficient. He let me know when he was finished with a text. Great service call!
