Called to have a wasp nest removed.. They came out and removed it. I had a service last year doing my lawn service for bugs and mosquitoes but they closed other business. So now I hired Greenix to do this as well because I was very satisfied with the efficiency of the wasp nest removal.

Jakob was very professional and friendly. He also did a great job explaining the work that he did.

Everything went well for the first time

The work was done professionally. I was able to ask questions with ease. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Greenix techs text me every quarter that they are arriving. They also ask if there are areas to be addressed or I can call and ask for specific areas to be treated. Once the techs have finished the application for bug and insect control they give me a detailed list of what and where they treated and what they did for prevention. Each tech is thorough, professional and demonstrate good work ethic. Greenix also works within my budget. I don't have to try to do insect control myself so Greenix is my go to. Thank you

I love the people and services provided Tyler Jacob's always does good when applying and notifying us before arrival. However I wish the product would last a bit longer. Otherwise our yard stays green and bug free for the most part. We have him spraying only the yard and it definitely works.

Jakob came in the time frame as stated, one day after initial call for service! I showed him affected areas of Carpenter Ant infestation in tree trunks, around pool fence, wood piles and around the house. Work was done promptly. Hoping for positive results in weeks to come.

My contract ended in June. I wanted out due to the cost (25$ higher than every pest control company in my area) and continually asking them to give me 24 hours notice so my dogs could be contained. They would call the day of service Everytime to inform me they were on the way. I would inform them they could not come because no arrangements could be made for my dogs and that I was supposed to be contacted. They did not spray in June and charged my account. I asked for a refund because SERVICES WERE NOT RENDERED. My choice was they would spray in July or I would be charged the monthly service fee with no spray for June while paying the fee. In my opinion extremely dishonest company. I literally gave them 92$ to not follow their procedures to contact me and in order close my account. I won't use them in the future and wouldn't recommend you do either.
