Service to get rid of bees was great. Polite and helpful on the phone. Polite, helpful and informative in person. I would hire again if the service becomes necessary.
However, I was not comfortable with their system of not providing a written receipt with the on-line or over the phone payment method and/or upon completion of service. Additionally, the contract and 3-day contract cancellation policy completed by phone does not allow for timely proof of receipt. Customers should always be provided timely documentation of payment and signatures. It's protection and good business for Greenix and Customers.
