I was due for my regular spring pest inspection. During the inspection it was noted that the area around my AC cord was an area that could attract mice and bugs to enter the house. I was not home at the time, but Jamie, the inspector, sent me texts with pictures of the area in question. He let me know about the danger the area could cause and that if I wanted to get it fixed he would get me the cost of the project to complete. I felt the price was reasonable and he was there within the hour to complete the project. He showed me what he would do to fix the problem, and if the cord comes out, they would come back to replace at no charge. He also answered some other questions I had. I was extremely pleased with the inspection and the new work. Highly recommended company!
