The company has an answer for everything, blaming everything but themselves. They killed areas of my lawn, acknowledge fault, and reseeded those spots, with the promise to reseed in spring. I emailed Melissa that I would not be using them and expect a phone call. I have not heard back from anyone. I have email and pics showing all.

It was done right away they were responsive.

Great team, they came in told us exactly what was wrong, analyzed and fix our sprinklers in less than 45 minutes.

Very nice company representative came to my house the same day that I contacted them. Analyzed my problem lawn which was loaded with moss. Also an area that was dug up from a small construction I had recently done. They leveled out the construction area, aerated, seeded, and treated the moss with in the entire yard. Left the yard neat and clean. Right now I don’t know the outcome of the work. Seed has not germinated yet. I am happy with everything so far. I have no doubt we will have a nice grassy yard this summer.

I was sold on their service by Jim who was extremely knowledgeable and promised me a great lawn. Unfortunately Jim left the company and so did their integrity. I asked them to mail me any and all invoices. I only received the first invoice in early spring. Later during this summer I finally received an invoice which said "past due". I reluctantly agreed to let them apply Roundup to kill the "plants" and weeds that, after taking care of my lawn for 45 years, suddenly appeared. The result was a destroyed lawn. They blamed me for not watering properly. The thing is that they never told me when they were coming back to re-seed and they never told me what I needed to do as it pertains to watering etc. They wanted me to pay to renovate the lawn; I was told that it's not their fault/responsibility that my lawn is destroyed and looks like garbage. Gary, the owner, finally agreed to meet with me to discuss what can be done to restore my lawn. After receiving an estimate/proposal to renovate my lawn, I called several times to speak with Gary. As he was never available, I left a message to have him return my call. Two weeks have passed and I still haven't heard from Gary. Needless to say, we are done. They don't even deserve 1 star. Look elsewhere for a lawn service. Sept. 28, still waiting for a return phone call. October 24 and still no response. Nov. 9 and still no response.

They called me within the hour of completing the Home Advisor application. I was told Gary would be out the next day to do an estimate (Saturday). Gary called to confirm Saturday morning and arrived as promised. He measured the driveway and gave us a written estimate on the spot. He said they could start during the coming week. 4 men arrived Thursday morning , removed the old driveway and put down a new 2 car wide driveway in 1 day. My husband was a job supervisor in construction and oversaw their work. I provided homemade warm cookies. We are both very pleased with their work, the quality of the asphalt and a fair price and would highly recommend them. Yes, this is a real review from real, satisfied customers.

Very professional. Jim who did the work talked with me and explained what was being put down, I signed contract for the remaining 3 applications for this year and if I see results will sign up for next year for the entire 6 applications.

Expected to see spray equipment that could reach the tree tops of effected trees. The sprayer was unable to reach the top of my trees.

Came and did planed work on time, fair price, online account making payments and keeping track of completed work easy.
