I signed a proposal to have my job done on May 11, 2021, was told 2 to 3 weeks they would do the job. It is now June 3rd and nothing has happen, have called several times being told a few more weeks. Called again Yesterday and no I am told beginning of July. Well I contacted them to let them know I no longer needed there service. Hired another company and they will start my project on Saturday of this week.

Awesome job!! They removed 6 very large trees from the property that were endangering my home! Cleaned up all the brush! I’ve just hired them again to clear an adjoining lot for me! Highly recommended Greenleaf Tree Experts!

I finally calmed down enough to write this review although every time I walk outside to my driveway I get pissed again. Buyer beware. Read your contract very carefully. I am too trusting a person so when I was told there would not be any damage to my property, I believed them. I have a long paved driveway that was just recently sealed. They arrived with the crane on the first of what was supposed to be 2 days. They set up the crane near the beginning of my driveway to start. Took down a tree and topped off another. Once that was done, the crane was set up partially on my front lawn and the driveway. It was left there for 3 days due to rain. I noticed all the pretty colors washing down my driveway with the rain. I looked under the crane and it was hemorrhaging oil and diesel fuel on my lawn and the driveway. I placed every piece of cardboard I could gather under the crane and caught most of it but it was too late. I have deep indentations on my lawn and my driveway from the stabilizers from the crane sitting there so long. Once the trees were removed from upfront, the crane was moved to my driveway and back lawn and set up. I had left for the day, Friday, and was hoping that they would be done that day. I got a call from my neighbor, not the company to say the crane stabilizers would not retract and they would be back on Monday. They did place some of my cardboard under the crane but missed a lot of the drips. I added more. The crew showed up Monday and tried to fix the crane but no success. A crane mechanic came that afternoon and got the stabilizers to retract and said Brian would be here tomorrow to take the crane to his mechanic. Brian did come Tuesday and when I asked him if he would be back, he started yelling at me. I am not accustomed to being yelled at, particularly by someone I am paying! My neighbor said he could hear Brian yelling from his property. He drove off and returned the next day and set up the crane again. They started working before I realized that the cardboard was not placed under the crane. I went out to take care of it and noticed that the truck that was towing the chipper was also leaking oil. I was so pissed that they just did not care. To top it all off, when they were lowering a cut tree, they broke branches off my peach tree! I have oil, diesel fuel, and grease from one end of my driveway to the other. I can not walk outside without getting all fired up again! So again. Read your contract closely. It states that they are not responsible for the driveway, lawn blah blah blah damage. Go figure. I think you will be fine if you hire them to clear a building site or some such thing. I would NOT hire them if your property is landscaped or if you have a paved driveway.

This business quickly replied to my request for help. The owner of the business came by my home that afternoon, appraised my needs, proposed a solution, offered a reasonable charge for this service and I replied quickly with a positive response. The work was done the next afternoon as promised, all done well, quickly, and done as promised. Great firm to work with!

Did not finish tree removal, Brian asked for payment and would be back in a week. I paid him in full. Called weekly never came on days they said they would. Return 6 weeks later to complete tree removal. Tree being remove is in back of home. The contract read that they would place boards to protect front lawn from equipment driving on it , didn't happen. Also said could save tree 25 feet away from tree being removed from being damage , didn't happen.

They did a great job on this project. They work very well together and know there job. The large tree they had to take down took time to complete as they wanted to be sure it was completed with no problems which I appreciate. They cleaned up during and after the completion where it was as if it was their yard.

Green Tree was professional and efficient; best value for the $ of the 4 quotes I got. All quotes in this area are high for tree removal. Recommended!

The showed up on time and got right to work. They were very skillful and predicted just where trees would land. They cleaned up and even recreated the erosion control that had been disturbed when the trees were pulled out. Would definitely hire again and heartily recommend.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Greenleaf Tree Experts to anyone. They arrived on time on the appointed day. I was truly impressed by Brian's skill with the bucket and chainsaw. He made difficult tree trimming, especially around power lines, look easy. His crew was courteous, efficient, and fast moving, and they left my yard and driveway in excellent condition. The job was done exactly as we'd discussed, and I was entirely satisfied. Neat, careful work, thoroughly professional.

Their work is excellent, on time, easy to work with, and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
