He was very well, works around the schedule when he has too and very good. He makes sure everything was perfect and don't make any mistakes.

Rich was very professional. His quality of work was top notch. He arrived everyday on time and worked overtime to complete the project quickly. He was very easy to work with and explained things very clearly. He offered ideas of where I could save money which was great. I absolutely would work with him again. If you hire him you won't be disappointed.

I paid this guy $5700 and he left the job without even beginning the project. I'm out $5700, have a shell, no walls, no plumbing, no electrical etc. It took him over 1 1/2 months to even put the contract together, then there were several errors, he had no idea about costs. He took my money and ran. He did do a small amount of work, but did not do much.

Richard and his crew were amazing. We had to coordinate the construction from a distance and Richard sent daily updates and photos.He was a great advocate with the insurance company and sent timely and accurate documentation to them. Our initial impression of Richard was of a caring individual and one who took pride in his work and crew and we were correct. He gave us the most bang for our buck. Worked seven days a week during the extreme Vermont weather to complete the reconstruction in a timely manner. I would definitely hire Greenough Construction again if needed.
