He needs to come back and finish the job.

There are ups and downs with every renovation. It is the same with Korey Green and Green? Flooring. I would not recommend this contractor. The positives are that Green is good with communicating and keeping you informed. He was willing to work through the various problems that come with a 120-year-old house. However, he does not know how to fix many of said issues though he says otherwise. The negatives outweigh the positives here. The work was left incomplete and a few areas of flooring have already broken and need replacing only weeks after he stopped showing up to the worksite. Korey and his associate were inconsistent in arriving and completing work daily, which caused the project to take a long time. Korey brought his children and a gun to the worksite. A worksite is a dangerous place. Children and firearms should not be brought into someone elses home. No items were covered or rooms sealed where sanding was done, which meant each and every item in every room had to be cleaned after. I will take some blame there but putting up plastic is not complicated. Green has potential but I would definitely not recommend this company for hire.

We had custom-made vinyl sheet flooring that we paid over $2500 for and had shipped from the Uk and this guy completely ruined it. I knew things were going bad when he could not get it aligned and stayed it did not match. Even though I had given him the manufacturers instructions beforehand, he would have realized if he had read them that overlap was to be expected. He had no idea how to cut it. I did not either (hence why I hired someone else), but I went down there and had to babysit and teach the **pros** after reading the instructions, and they still ruined it. I had to supply all of the padding and tools and he cut through premium underlayment in places it should not have been cut, so now all of them has to be replaced. He had no idea how to cut linoleum even though he advertised as such and showed us pictures. He also brought along another **friend** who we had no information about and was not prescreened nor background checked, therefore we were put in an uncomfortable situation with our kids being here. Absolutely would not recommend it. Our floor is ruined. We are deciding if i is worth small claims court. I suggest you stop vaping marijuana in your car, we have 4 cameras in the front of our house and to learn a trade instead of ripping people off who were kind enough to put any faith in you. We have worked hard for what we have and always put faith in people but this was a blatant fraud. Do not hire him

He did a great job. Fast, efficient and friendly.

Hired this company after receiving the bid from employee named Korey. After purchasing all materials and prepping the floors, on install date Korey was a no show and no call. Very unprofessional, be warned.

Hardworking dependable young man. Courteous and did an outstanding floor installation and even did a couple of other small jobs for us. Reasonable prices.

Very clean company, very knowledgeable on floors, help with other things as well,, with no hesitation!! Korey the employee they sent was very polite young man...The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule.
