quick and dependable....cost is a little high

We were quite pleased with the energy audit we had.

Mine is not an easy house as it is very old and drafty. I was very pleased to find the Greenspring Energy rep, Tim Croman, to be patient, thorough and professional in every way, helping me to determine sensible solutions which will save me tons of energy in the near future and beyond.

Nick was very knowledgable, courteous, and helpful. He walked me through the entire audit and made several money-saving suggestions. He was on time and thorough. Thank you Greenspring!

The tech was truly committed to giving the best audit he could! And we asked for a fast turnaround, which he provided cheerfully and efficiently. The office, however, got some things wrong in the scheduling of the audit. But they, also, were cheerful and helpful.

I worked with Tim Cronan who perfomed an enery audit of my home. Tim was very easy going and knowledgeable. While he did provide information on additional ways to reduce our monthly bills such as LED lightbulbs and low flow showerheads there were no a pushy sales tactics. We are planning on using Greenspring to implement the recommendations as soon as the timing works out for us.

Installation of the Solar Thermal (water heating via solar panels) went well. However, I still have minor leaks in the following areas; external thermostat, cold water inlet, and hot water outlet. Sales Representative was knowledgable and install crew was efficient, follow-up has been problematic.

They did a very good job.
