Mr. Luis Ramirez thatched my exiting lawn and where the lawn had been taken over by invasive grasses and weeds, he dug them out and the dirt that they were growing in and put down top soil and seeded the area. I have a double lot and a huge lawn. I paid him $10,500. All seemed to be well until the lawn came in. It was full of weeds and the seed was not distributed evenly so there were many bare patches. I called Luis and he said that he would take care of the weeds. I left town for a few days and when I came back he and done nothing. I tried to call him repeatedly but he never would answer my phone calls. It was a very poor job and he is not a trustworthy or honorable person. In the future, I would never finish paying anyone to put in a lawn until I saw the final product.

Luis and crew have done an excellent job landscaping and maintaining our property over the past year. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new landscaper!

We feel to fortunate to have met Luis and his crew. They are all the best ... hardworking, caring, knowledgeable. Luis understood us immediately and took our steep, bark filled back yard to a little oasis with bark removal, planting terraces built, beautiful garden soil, mulch, irrigation installation and planting suggestions. He planted all of the shrubs, lavender, nandina, we had selected and gave us hope we would once again have beautiful landscaping. Buying a "move in" ready home was a new experience and not as easy as we thought! Now we have sort of a blank slate to work with. Luis will be our go to guy for future projects and we highly recommend him.

Greenstate Landscaping installed out fence, french drains, drip irrigation, paver pathway, paver space, retaining wall, and fire pit. They only use the best of materials and work with your budget to deliver a great finished product. Ruby and Omar are great to work with. They are honest, reliable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for any project!

Luis has maintained our garden for three years, plus periodic special projects. He and his crew always do excellent work and tidy away all debris. Recommended him to two friends, and now they are his customers as well. Highly recommended.
