Very polite, informative and pleasant to talk to...he helped me understand what he was doing and how long it would take to complete...he sent me pictures of the completed project...he was on time with everything...great team and company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very knowledgeable about roof, roof repair and water circulation. Their very difficult repair job proved to be perfect and hold with no problems during the heavy rain from December 2021 in California.

Was very satisfied with James Carroll work. He finished the work as he promised and when I had a question about the work he returned to check out if there was any additional problems. I will not hesitate to call him again on any additional work that may arise.

pro showed up at door without a phone call or any contact, Homeowner was nice enough to let him take a look at the roof, pro came down and said "he could fix it for $2,500 take or leave it." I don't work that way and told him no, he came across as a scam did not appreciate someone showing up at my home without an appointment.

So far? Not good!

Greentree resealed my sunroom that developed leaks less than 2 years after it was resealed by Buena Vista. In fact BV wouldn't even return my calls or emails. They used superior material and even erected a scaffold to avoid walking on the glass. The job was first-rate and no leaking, even from the storm on 12/23, was evident. James Carroll is the man to conduct business with.

Ed is a great salesperson but his guys workmanship was not as good as it looked from ground level. When I went up on the roof I found a bit of a mess. I plan to test it for leaks this week.

James was efficient and completed the job on time. I will have to wait for next rain to know if the leaks of the chimney is fixed.

James gave a free estimate for patching the roof where several roof vents were no longer in use. The work was performed the following day and it looks great. Another contractor just wanted to sell us a new roof which was clearly over repair. We also got an estimate for sealing a section of flat roof and ended up getting that work done as well. The crew was on time and efficient for both jobs. I would highly recommend them to family, friends, and others looking for roof repair.

We worked with James. He came right out to give us a bid on resealing our flat roof. Work was done quickly and had no leaks after. Also had another leak where the carport meets the house. Called and they came out the same day to fix it. It rained the following day, so it was very happy that he could get right out. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Edward and his team are responsive and stand behind their work. I had a tricky repair on a flat roof to shingle transition but they just continued to troubleshoot until the found the problem and got it resolved. I would highly recommend this company for roof repair.

Extremely expensive., I should have gotten other bids. Mr. Carroll represented himself as from Greenteam, but had my payment check made out directly to him.

My husband runs his own business and often leaves all the house concerns to me which can be a challenge for a female in a typically non female zone. Ed came out inspected our roof offered a much more cost effective option of repair instead of replacement which brought me a sigh of relief which was priceless. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone scream it from the rooftops literally !!!!!!!!!
