Incredible service, from start to finish. The office reached out the day after I requested quotes to schedule an estimate. I received their proposal the night after the estimate was completed. And they were able to fit in the work the day after because a team was in the area. Initial request to job completion in 3 days. All around, working with Greentree felt like a white glove service. Every person I interacted with, both over the phone and in-person, was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The service itself was also affordable, a cherry on top of a premium sundae.

When my neighbor's tree crashed into my yard, Green Tree was able to come right away to give me an estimate for removal, and they are experienced with preparing documentation for insurance companies, which was helpful as I worked through that process. When the time came to do the job, they were fast and thorough and not only cleaned up the sawdust, but worked to refill the trenches created in my lawn by the falling tree.

I have had Greentree remove dead or drying trees three times. They are a local, family owned company with very professional service, competitive rates and several certified arborists. The tree workers are very hard working and personable/customer-oriented and do a great job, leaving the site clean and taking care not to damage fences or sheds. They also moved some logs I wanted to use as garden borders to the places I wanted to use them and left nice chips for mulch.

I had a huge tree blocking my driveway after a storm back in March, and contacted them (which did take a few attempts as it was the day after a major storm). They said they had priority contracts but should be able to get to me by the next day. Later that same afternoon they pulled up and started work with the chipper, sending someone for what I think they called the "grapple truck". In about an hour, the only sign that anything had happened was the damaged roof and the stump of the tree. It was amazing how fast they got it done.

I had a persistent invasive Princess Tree (weed?) that kept creeping under my fence and trying to tunnel under my neighbor’s driveway. Oddly, more of these trees started cropping up in random places in my yard, so I think it pollenates. After 3 tree experts failed to get rid of these invaders, I found Greentree. John is the company’s specialist who has persisted in tackling the problem. Even when this tree has tried to make a comeback, John responds quickly and returns to handle the problem. I love Greentree. This is the kind of service that is homeowners try so hard to find. It’s incredibly rare to get this kind of persistent, determined top-notch service— especially at fair rates. The workers were fabulous and took down my tree in about 5 cuts. Then the stump removal worker ground down the rest and cleaned up perfectly. Danny, the young man who gave me the estimate and started off the whole shebang was great. I definetely recommend GreenTree.

Julius was professional and worked steadily on removing the tree. Figuring out all angles on where to drop it. Absolutely minimal damage to near trees. Clean-up was amazing. He stacked the trunk pieces and then a pile of the branches. Highly recommend this company.

I requested a bid to remove a dogwood tree. I accepted their bid but when they showed up they attempted to remove a redbud tree and not the dogwood. They refused to honor the bid although it specifically said DOGWOOD. VERY UNHAPPY.
