The workers were fabulous and took down my tree in about 5 cuts. Then the stump removal worker ground down the rest and cleaned up perfectly. Danny, the young man who gave me the estimate and started off the whole shebang was great. I definetely recommend GreenTree.

Julius was professional and worked steadily on removing the tree. Figuring out all angles on where to drop it. Absolutely minimal damage to near trees. Clean-up was amazing. He stacked the trunk pieces and then a pile of the branches. Highly recommend this company.

I requested a bid to remove a dogwood tree. I accepted their bid but when they showed up they attempted to remove a redbud tree and not the dogwood. They refused to honor the bid although it specifically said DOGWOOD. VERY UNHAPPY.

We had a dead tree in front they removed that. They still have to grind it down. They trimmed several trees away from the house. It went well. They did the job quickly. I thought the price was very reasonable considering I compared it to the price from another company. I was happy with the work. I'm still waiting till they actually removed the stump, ground it down. I liked the price most. The work was very professional. They brought it down, nothing was harmed. They did have an equipment malfunction that delayed them a little, about a day.

I called back in August and set up a new delivery date and paid them in full ($426.00) once again. Once their big and burly employees arrived, they balked at carrying the firewood up three flights of stairs. On both occasions, I let “Greentree's” receptionist know that their were three flights of stairs leading up to my third floor condo and this would be a difficult delivery. Money refunded I eventually hired “The Tree People” who delivered and stacked my firewood for !/2 the price.

The crew performed this intensive labour on a very hot day and did so thoroughly and with admirable professionalism. They did so within the time estimated for completion and were very thorough as well in the clean-up effort.
