The drain was not cleared and I told that to the technician. The dishwasher was filling up with water and he told me it was like that before. It was dry when I showed him the problem. I did not like his response. He did end up fixing the problem the second time. I would consider the company but not the technician

Weâ ve had a slow draining sink for a long time that I had tried to unblock many times. It finally stopped completely. I called Greentree and Jacob came the next day. He cleared the blockage for a reasonable cost and cleaned everything up when finished. I would call him again for any plumbing problem.

need a hot water heater fast, he was very responsive and a lot less that other companies. the other companies are like sharks when they know you need something NOW.

The main drain pipe to my house broke which caused major water backup in my house. I had multiple plumbers come take a look at the job. No one could tell me where the issues was and wanted to rip out walls in my basement to find it. I found Jacob/Greentree Plumbing on Google. Jacob immediately came to help me out. He was the only plumber that proposed a strategic plan. Iâ m so happy I hired Greentree not only due to the quality of work and professionalism, also because Jacob located the issue in my parking pad with out needing to tare apart my basement. Additionally, Greentree completed the job in one day while other plumbers said the job would take a week. I 100% would recommend Greentree to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Scheduled an appointment to have a Gas Line hook up for a new clothes dryer. Due to icy weather conditions, we were unable the have the W/D delivered on the scheduled date. We contacted Jake through the teleservice to cancel the hook-up since we did not know the new delivery date. When we finally received the appliances, we tried to schedule another appointment through the teleservice, text, and online and heard nothing from him to reschedule, We had to get someone else to provide the service, so we would have use of our dryer. Also tried through all the means he has available to install a utility tub in our basement and still have not heard anything about scheduling an install date. Also, our daughter ejector pump in her basement stopped working and this is something she must have, she was told that they could come out the next day to check it out, she had to get someone right away and could not wait and that company installed it it it a new pump the same day as the motor was not functioning (so much for 24-hour service as advertised). Very disappointed as we always felt that Jake was a reliable person and had used him for previous plumbing issues.

Only company that had a crew to come out for emergency breakage. Fixed the problem and replaced old pipes within 24 hrs of incident and were very friendly.

I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing needs. My toilets were not flushing and the problem was in the line itself. Called on a Friday afternoon and they were here before the end of the workday. I liked that they checked different possible causes because they did not want me to spend money I did not need to spend. They had toilets flushing before leaving to get me thru the weekend and came back early Monday and cleared my stack vent, bathroom sink line, and the main sewer line. My sinks, toilets, and tub are running perfectly. They are very respectful of your home, which is very important to me. I highly recommend Jabob and Bob!!

Jacob and his assistant were wonderful. He did a lot of work for my parents. He also installed two toilets for me. He is meticulous in his work, honest and incredibly patient. I highly recommend him.

Quick response, excellent service and very professional. Jake and Bob efficiently capped our water pipes and removed the toilet so that we could have work done in our basement. Upon completion of this work they will be back to reinstall the pipes and toilet. We have used Jake for many other plumbing and drain repair needs and he has always provided high quality and affordable services. We have also referred Jake to our family and friends.

We needed to replace an old sewer system with a new line in Brooklyn Park. We had received three estimates and Greentree offered the best price and responded more timely than the rest. They are always very professional and offer several options on doing repairs. We will definitely use them again in the future as needed.
