Very poor customer service, and they made promises they did not come through I will not recommend this company to anyone. also they block my phone calls.

Foundation Drainage Installation and Replacement
We had them come out and divert water from the corners of our house and install a French drain. They cut a hole in the fence, never came back to bury the drain and the water still piles up and sits against our house. We are are to have to call another company to come out and re-do the service.

"We made every attempt to satisfy the customer. Final payment is never made until the customer is 100% satisfied. We are extremely sorry we could not help solve this customer problem. French drains are not meant to keep water away from the home completely. Foundation waterproofing is necessary but was not within the customer budget. After trying to reach the customer many times with no response we are still trying to solve the problem for him. Please take time to read all the reviews and see that this is not our business practice. will not change or monitor any review made by a customer. Someone can put any comment regarding."

Greenwave did an outstanding job fixing our water issues at bottom of our driveway. He continued working on the project until he was sure no more water was going to enter our basement or pool at the end of driveway. He goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right.

I had two giant shrubs like 12 tall at a house I had recently purchased and hired them to trim them down significantly and they also trimmed the bushes around it to make it all look uniform. They went above and beyond, very nice and respectful. Definitely recommend them.

Greenwave was absolutely amazing. I had an emergency situation to get addressed due to another company continuously rescheduling and they came the same day of my request, gave me a quote and then came on the day scheduled regardless of the weather. The made several recommendations for items they could help with in the future and saved me some money by recommending to hold off on my leaf collection until all leaves had fallen. They came to trim bushes and schrubs and noticed I had azaleas so they held off on those to avoid damaging them prior to coming back after they bloomed in the spring. They were very responsive and communicative throughout the entire process and maintained a great professional attitude.

I ve never hired anyone to cut my yard however my work placed me on a 6 day work schedule for the summer and I just didn t have the time so I researched several landscaping companies and narrowed to 3. I left a message for all 3 and Greenwave was the only one to return my call. I received a quote for services within a day which was in my opinion a fair quote. I was hesitant about the first cut but Greenwave did an outstanding job therefore earning my business. I discussed cutting once per week and with the drought we had over the summer Greenwave did not unnecessarily show up to cut and charge when the grass was not growing. Again , very respectful to our needs and they take pride in their work. I will definitely use them again next summer. Thank you Greenwave!! Keep up the great work
