Had whole house re-pipe. Scheduling went smoothly, and the plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly, leaving a clean worksite. When a few minor adjustments were needed after the main job was done, they came out promptly and took care of them. A great job!

Hired them to clear the drain, and paid them for the work the same day. But the drain was not clear, so we called them back out the next day. They finally cleared the problem, but now wanted to charge double the price, even though the problem was not cleared the first day. Disappointed.

This was to replace a 30 year old exterior spigot on a frame and stucco house. Very pleased. Contacted me immediately. Explained the process. Sent message when in transit. Arrived on time. Explained what was needed. Did the work professionally. Patched the stucco texture to a perfect blend. Once I apply the touch up paint you would never know the difference. Excellent customer service. Great company family run business. Our installer knew his stuff, and what had to be done for todayâ s code (plastic water catch basin under the tank, being itâ s on floor level of the house). Work was done quickly and pleasantly. Yay hot water again!

After paying $85 for the visit, the plumber did not have any repair parts or replacement faucets with him. He left and the faucet still leaks and I am out $85.
