This company is outstanding! I would highly recommend anyone to use them for their services. These guys are honest and don't "jack" you around like other companies. They do complete jobs and don't skimp on their work. They are thorough and explain every step of the way what they are doing and why. As a homeowner of an older home, I am very happy as they knew more than the other companies about what was needed for our issue. They were not scared to do the work and put in the time to get it done. We have used them before and had a wonderful experience each time. I will call them for all future needs. Great family owned and operated company. This is what I call a quality team. I am very satisfied and will be calling them again for any other issues that may arise. Keep this company as a favorite, they are surely one of ours!

Very professional

I tried to install A bathroom sink myself but the drain would not line up with the sink. I called Greenway and Brett Jr. came over corrected the problem and finished the sink installation. Was extremely pleased with the service and we call Greenway again to install 2 more sinks..

I was contacted by the owners son immediately. He came within a couple of hours of the call. He was a nice young man, neatly dressed, with great manners. I could tell he took pride in his work, and he was efficient. I felt the charges were fair. I would recommend Greenway Plumbing to anyone.

Brett Jr called us to let us know he was on his way and when to expect him. Response time was great. There had already been one plummer out to our house before him who left without resolving the problem. Upon arrival Brett assured me he wouldn't leave until the job was done. He took his time and explained everything to me while he did his work. He had to pull 2 toilets up to fix the blockage. With the problem resolved, he put everything back in place leaving the house in better condition than when he arrived. Recaulked the toilets, tightened everything down and cleaned the tile. I would definitely hire Greenway again and recommend them to friends and family.

How refreshing - Brett was not only competent and thorough, he was also courteous, respectful, and clear in explaining what he was doing. As a veteran and retiree, I am most appreciative of the discount he provided without asking, and for his professional demeanor. I highly recommend.

They arrived to do a tune up on my water heater. It was very old and I was informed that a tune up wasn't really possible given the rust and corrosion. He was very honest and recommended just replacing it. I never felt like he was trying to lie to get more business and he never pressured me to make any sort of commitment. It was 4pm and he was very positive he could pick up and new unit and install it same day. He gave me an amazing price (I have done previous research) and now I know I won't need to attend to my water heater much for years to come instead of trying to keep my old one alive.
