Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I hired Walter to replace two drain stoppers, fix a drawer, and repair a sliding glass door. He was quick to fix the drain stoppers and did a decent job. He spent a while trying to fix the drawer and while he kept telling me that he could have it fixed, it's been two months and it's still not fixed. The sliding door has not been fixed and is working worse than it was when he first came over. Walter is a nice guy and means well, but overall I've spent a few hundred dollars and do not have everything fixed.

Door or Window Screens - Install or Repair
I changed my mind on part of the work to be done and he was very understanding. I'm sorry I had to do that but fortunately he was understanding. I recommend them.

Appliance (Major Electric Appliance) - Install or Replace
This person is very nice and well intended but not particularly professional in his business practices. He miss diagnosed my water heater problems costing me over $1100 and he insisted on getting the money before he did the work. He miss diagnosed my washer problems but took money from me beforehand and did not return it to me. His organizational skills are not great and his timeline for finishing work was scattered. In the end, I had to pay more for a professional company to take care of my appliance issues which I regret not doing in the first place.
Response from Greenwolf
"She had problem with prv not closing. I replaced it, but it did not correct problem.. Her water heater was over 10 years old and I suggest she replaced it before changing more parts. It corrected the problem. Washer had error problem. I level the bottom. Washer was new. Suggest call service because it was still under warranty. Told her problem is in control board. Did not charge her for washer problem."

Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
I think he did a good job but he talked alot which in my opinion made the price go up since he was there longer. He was there two hours to put up shutters on one wide but short in length window and charged me $220 that's $110 per hour for a handyman. I feel that was a bit high.

He came on a Sunday morning and adjusted the mirrored sliding closet door (will need springs replaced later) and also drilled and replaced bolts along the pool cover tracks.
