I am delighted to offer a review of a service that was so very professional, friendly, responsive and efficient! I had a ground water penetration problem following heavy rains. Of course my thoughts were a quick caulk and seal paint but thought I should look at a professional's thoughts. John was quick to respond and came out to look and assess. He was every bit a professional in looking over what I had, explaining and showing me what was happening and explaining the right, proper and long term solution. I had a very limited time window to get the job done that they committed to work to.Once contracted they showed up on time as promissed, worked hard and finished on time. And their price was VERY reasonable. I highly recomment Wet Basement Solutions!

We had Wet Basement Services come out to fix a wet wall issue in our basement, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. John was our main point of contact and he was great to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all of my questions and addressed every concern without rushing. The team handled both the water remediation and the wall replacement, and the quality of the work was solid. The crew was clean, tidy, and respectful of our space. They clearly care about doing the job right and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done properly. The four people that worked on our project were all extremely professional and easy to work with. They did a stellar job building a new deck and repairing our house. Working with Greenwood International has been my best contracting experience to date and I can not recommend them highly enough.

Finished product looks quite bad. Called multiple times and was told they would send someone out to fix the fence they dismantled and didn?t put back together as well as the downspouts they left broken and detached from the house. No one has come after being told they would multiple times. Once the rains actually came the dirt sunk in and looks like I have a bit of a sink hole on the side of my house and was told that?s normal and my issue to fix. The liner they installed flops over at the top and to top it all off the basement still leaks. At the end of the day I wanted to like this Company but finished product looks so bad and their follow up was horrible.

They were on time and on schedule.

I worked with Greenwood to renovate my basement. Their contractors (Mike & Kola) are proficient and efficient in every aspect necessary to complete the project. I am using them again and again.

It takes little long to have project done but we satisfy with the result.

I had a challenging situation where and elevated walkway and porch were collapsing. It was unusual concrete-over-wood construction and I needed someone with several areas of expertise to assess the damage, define the options, and fix it. I had several different types of contractors look at the problem, and most didn't have a lot of insight into how to fix it. Most just wanted to tear it all down and replace with their specialty: solid concrete, an all-wood deck, etc. Then Greenwood arrived and really impressed us with their approach to the problem. They brought an intelligent, engineering approach to assessing every aspect of the current environment and concluding that much of it could be saved. They replaced wood supports where needed, and then put beautiful stone across the tops and sides of the structure. We get complements on our beautiful entry every day now, and it's built to last. These guys are total pros, and everyone who comes to your house -- Jerzy, Michal, Volodimir, Kola, Slava, Raphael, Max -- is going to work very hard, tell you the honest truth, respect your property, and do a great job. I would recommend Greenwood/Seattle Brick Master to anyone looking for a high quality solution in brick, stone, concrete, or wood.

Very professional workmanship, I have had our large deck replaced as well as a patio cover (still in work), great price and quality work. i have a fence that needs to be moved and will hire them for that as well.

the attention to detail was amazing!

The deck had a waterproof membrane applied. It looks like it needs a second coat. You can see the dark gray primer through the top coat, heavy roller marks are showing and I have a large pine trees next to my house. The pine needles were falling heavily so I asked the workers if they were going to tarp the deck so pine needles wouldn't stick to the top coat. They said they didn't need to and now there's pine needles stuck in the top coat. Their very visible.

Raised entry landing and steps, removed and replaced sidewalk, Installed french drain to correct drainage issues. All work was done professionally and to a high standard of quality. All concrete surfaces were clad with field stone by old world craftsman and looks great!

Service was quick and well done. Work area was left neat.

Pleasant to deal with. Finished the job on time. Somewhat hard to communicate with crew my only complaint. However the project manager was available and answered all my calls when I called him with Questions. I would hire them again if needed.

Michal and Jerzy were great to work with. Their team was professional and did a quality job. Besides the brick patio and walkway they removed my old grass and installed artifical grass. The yard hasn't ever looked so good. They are currently bidding on some work for our HOA based on the great work they did at my house. Would highly recommend them.

They know what they are doing. Kept our yard clean and then made it look like it did before they started . Very good job. Good construction also. Replaced posts under the house and fixed the rain cap and flashing on our fire place. Looks like new. I will use them again.

Concrete driveway work was "first rate". The storm drainage repair looks good, but I'll need to reserve judgment until the next heavy rainstorm. The workers were professional and pleasant.

Fast friendly service. Responded right away to calls/emails. Fixing the bricks and mortar on my fireplace turned out great. I will recommend this company to my friends/neighbors.
